Melissa Clark has over 15 years experience as a property lawyer.
Melissa advises clients on all aspects of property conveyancing,
commercial leasing and multi title developments. She also advises
banks and finance companies on mortgagee sale transactions.
Melissa's private clients regularly seek her advice about their
personal and business affairs, especially with trust structuring
and asset planning.
Before joining the Auckland-based law firm of Martelli McKegg in
2006, Melissa was a partner with Anderson Lloyd in Christchurch.
She also worked overseas as in-house counsel for a large
telecommunications company, then as a commercial property solicitor
with top tier UK law firm Eversheds.
