Emma joined Martelli McKegg in July 2011. She graduated from the
University of Birmingham (UK) with an LLB (Hons) in Law and French,
and spent a year studying French Law at the University of
Limoges. Emma began her legal career in London at
international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, qualified as a Solicitor of
England & Wales in 2005 and was admitted in New Zealand in
2011.
Since moving to New Zealand, Emma has worked in corporate
property consultancy, in general practice in Christchurch,
for a leading legal publisher and most recently as an in house
legal adviser at a multinational FMCG company.
Emma advises on general commercial matters including a wide
variety of commercial contracts and takes a keen interest in sales
and marketing law, regulatory compliance and related matters.
